Toe-Up Sock Workshop

Learn how to make socks that fit without swatching or worrying about running out of yarn, in just one day!  You will knit a mini-sock in class, learning seamless toe cast ons, no-wrap short row heels, and super-stretchy bind offs.  No previous sock knitting experience is required, but you must already know how to knit in the round on dpns or two circs.  Bring smooth, light-colored worsted weight yarn suitable for socks and appropriate-sized needles for producing a dense fabric. You’ll be ready to start a pair of full-sized socks by workshop end.  The class is taught by Lana.
